By accessing or using imyme ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using imyme you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
Upload content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

imyme and its logos, design, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of imyme and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create; by uploading it you grant imyme a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All prices are shown in INR/USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. Please review our Refund Policy for details on eligibility for refunds.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imyme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
