1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to imyme for any subscription plan, add-on, or one-time purchase are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service.
- Failure to use the Service during the billing period.
- Accidental purchase or duplicate charges (see Section 4 for dispute resolution).
- Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan or cancelling a subscription mid-cycle.
- Service outages or temporary unavailability of features.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current or any prior billing period. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and are entirely non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, you will retain access until the end of the 12-month term; no prorated or partial refund will be issued.
4. Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction or an unauthorised charge), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a verified billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit at our sole discretion.
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us - chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent termination.
5. Free Plans & Trials
imyme offers a free plan that lets you evaluate core features before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to use the free plan to assess whether the Service meets your needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
